Ash Aryal is Founding CEO of QuantumLinx based in both Sydney, Australia and Los Angeles, which serves clients across 8 countries with business, economic and marketing strategies.

Marc Ching, Founder and President is a 4th Generation Japanese Herbalist and Human Holistic Nutritionist – the curator and mind behind The PetStaurant Culture of the highest quality animal nutrition and wellness.  Marc established the Animal Hope and Wellness Foundation with the mission of rescuing the worst cases of animal abuse and finding sustainable and long-lasting solutions to eliminating the dog meat trade in Asia.

Barbara Gitlitz, M.D. is Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine and committed animal advocate who has travelled to China with AHWF on rescue missions.

Gina Grossman of Bone-A-Fide Genius is a well-known dog trainer in Los Angeles.

Neil Rain Persad is Broker/Owner Realtor® at Kensington & Beverly International Real Estate Group following a successful career in business development and technology at Disney, Sony/Ericsson, Goodrich and Merrill Lynch.

Daniel Weber, Treasurer, is a passionate animal welfare advocate and serial entrepreneur. He is business manager for acclaimed Bollywood film and TV actress Sunny Leone, and co-owns their joint production companies SunLust Pictures and Suncity Entertainment.  Singer and Lead Guitarist for The Disparrows.

Executive Staff

Valarie Ianniello, Executive Director, assumed her current position overseeing Animal Hope and Wellness in ending the Dog Meat Trade in 2016 after her tenure as stateside liaison to Marc Ching’s rescue missions abroad. She has been working in animal rescue in Los Angeles for the past ten years. “I’m honored to be in the middle of this fight with Marc to end this unspeakable and horrific practice.”

Aria Edry, Strategic & Operational Development Consultant, brings decades of experience in fundraising, growth strategies, budgetary planning, board development, executive coaching, grants and major gifts.  She heads up Edry and Associates, a team specializing in high-impact consulting.  Former Director of Development at leading NYC cultural institutions and in Los Angeles, at USC and Visual Effects Society, she is also a competitive equestrian, dressage show manager, animal advocate, and award-winning choreographer and theatre artist.
